Website Terms

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of www.myrehabdirect.com (the “Website”), operated by RehabDirect Physical Therapy, P.C. (“RehabDirect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to use of the Website only. They do not replace or modify any separate consent, financial agreement, Notice of Privacy Practices, treatment agreement, or other documentation that may apply if you receive physical therapy services from RehabDirect.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about RehabDirect, our physical therapy services, our approach to care, service availability, pricing, insurance, educational topics, and ways to contact us. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create an obligation for RehabDirect to provide services to any particular person.

Availability of physical therapy services may depend on factors including location, clinical appropriateness, scheduling, insurance or payer requirements, and other circumstances relevant to an individual’s care.

2. No Medical Advice

Information provided on the Website is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. Website content is not a substitute for an individualized physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis, treatment plan, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Information about conditions, rehabilitation, exercises, mobility, recovery, or other health-related topics may not be appropriate for every individual. You should not use general Website content as a substitute for professional evaluation or individualized healthcare advice. You should seek appropriate professional care regarding questions about your health, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, or physical activity.

Do not disregard professional healthcare advice or delay seeking appropriate care because of information you have read on the Website. Information presented on the Website does not guarantee any particular treatment result or outcome.

3. Emergencies

The Website, Website contact form, email, text messaging, and voicemail are not intended for emergency medical communications. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or believe immediate medical attention is necessary, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care.

Do not rely on a Website inquiry, email, text message, or voicemail to communicate an urgent or emergency medical need.

4. No Physical Therapist-Patient Relationship Through Website Use

Visiting the Website, reading Website content, submitting an inquiry, or communicating with RehabDirect through general Website contact channels does not, by itself, establish a physical therapist-patient relationship. Whether and when a physical therapist-patient relationship is established depends on the applicable clinical intake, consent, evaluation, and care process and applicable law.

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate RehabDirect to accept you as a patient, provide treatment, schedule an appointment, or determine that RehabDirect’s services are clinically appropriate for your needs.

5. Website Inquiries and Communications

The Website provides a general contact form and contact information that may be used to ask questions about matters such as availability, scheduling, pricing, insurance, services, or our service area. When submitting information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not to impersonate another person or intentionally provide misleading information.

The Website contact form is not intended for medical records, detailed medical histories, diagnoses, medications, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through the general Website contact form.

Information submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, when applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices.

6. Information About Services, Pricing, and Insurance

RehabDirect makes reasonable efforts to keep information about our services, pricing, service area, and other practice information current. However, Website information may change and may not reflect every circumstance applicable to an individual patient.

Information regarding fees, insurance participation, reimbursement, benefits, or coverage is provided for general informational purposes unless otherwise expressly stated. Insurance coverage, benefits, authorization requirements, reimbursement, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and individual financial responsibility depend on the applicable insurance plan, payer requirements, and individual circumstances and should be confirmed separately.

Nothing on the Website guarantees insurance coverage, reimbursement, authorization, or eligibility for services. Specific pricing or financial information provided directly to you, including an applicable written estimate, Good Faith Estimate, or patient financial agreement, may provide additional or more specific information than the general descriptions appearing on the Website.

Any binding financial obligations associated with physical therapy services will be governed by the applicable patient financial agreements and other patient documentation rather than these Website Terms.

7. Permitted Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or related accounts or infrastructure;

  • introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology;

  • attempt to circumvent Website security or access controls;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

  • use automated tools to scrape, harvest, extract, or reproduce substantial portions of Website content without authorization;

  • use Website content for unauthorized commercial purposes;

  • remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or

  • use the Website in a manner that infringes the rights of RehabDirect or any third party.

We may restrict or block access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our systems, other users, or RehabDirect’s legal rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its original content, including text, written materials, graphics, illustrations, photographs, visual designs, page layouts, logos, branding, icons, and other materials, are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by RehabDirect and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name RehabDirect, associated branding, logos, and other identifying marks may be trademarks or other protected intellectual property of RehabDirect or their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Website content or intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Third-party materials appearing on the Website remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms or licenses.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to websites, platforms, resources, or services operated by third parties. These links may be provided for convenience or informational purposes. RehabDirect does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, accuracy, products, or services.

A link from the RehabDirect Website does not necessarily constitute endorsement of the third party or its content. If you choose to access or use a third-party website or service, your interaction with that service may be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to the RehabDirect Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information associated with the Website and general communications may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected. Medical information and protected health information may also be subject to RehabDirect’s separate Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable healthcare privacy laws.

The Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices serve different purposes and should be reviewed separately where applicable.

11. Website Availability and Accuracy

RehabDirect makes reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate, useful, and accessible Website. However, we do not guarantee that the Website or any particular content will always be available, uninterrupted, complete, current, secure, or free from errors. Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, technical inaccuracies, or other mistakes.

We may modify, correct, update, suspend, or discontinue Website content or functionality when reasonably necessary. If you have questions about information presented on the Website, you may contact RehabDirect directly for clarification.

12. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational purposes. RehabDirect does not make warranties regarding uninterrupted Website availability, freedom from technical errors, or the suitability of general Website content for an individual’s particular circumstances.

Nothing in this section is intended to disclaim or limit professional duties, standards of care, patient rights, or other obligations that may apply to physical therapy services actually provided by RehabDirect.

13. Limitation of Website-Related Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RehabDirect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising out of or relating to:

  • use of or inability to use the Website;

  • temporary Website interruptions or technical errors;

  • reliance on general Website content instead of obtaining appropriate individualized professional advice; or

  • independent third-party websites or services accessed through Website links.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This section applies to use of the Website and does not limit or waive any duties, responsibilities, or liability arising from physical therapy treatment or other professional healthcare services provided by RehabDirect.

14. Changes to the Website

RehabDirect may modify, update, add to, remove, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Website from time to time. We may make these changes to reflect changes in our services, technology, business operations, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances. We are not obligated to continue offering any particular Website feature or content indefinitely.

15. Changes to These Website Terms

RehabDirect may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Website, our business operations, applicable law, or our practices. When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on the Website and the Last Updated date at the top of this document will be revised.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes use of the Website under the revised Terms. Changes to these Website Terms do not replace separate notices, consents, or agreements that may be required in connection with physical therapy services.

16. Governing Law

These Website Terms and disputes arising specifically from use of the Website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles to the extent applicable. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court or venue for disputes.

Nothing in this section alters any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. No Waiver

If RehabDirect does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of the provision or of our right to enforce it later. A waiver of one provision or circumstance does not constitute a waiver of any other provision or circumstance.
