Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

RehabDirect Physical Therapy, P.C. (“RehabDirect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal information when you visit www.myrehabdirect.com (the “Website”), submit an inquiry through the Website, or communicate with us using contact information provided through the Website.

This Privacy Policy generally applies to personal information collected through the Website and through general communications with RehabDirect. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we handle protected health information in connection with physical therapy services, treatment, payment, and healthcare operations.

If information provided through the Website or through general communications constitutes protected health information or other medical information subject to applicable healthcare privacy laws, that information will also be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Notice of Privacy Practices, as applicable.

The Website contact form is intended for general inquiries. Please do not submit medical records, detailed medical histories, diagnoses, medications, or other sensitive medical information through the Website contact form.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

When you submit an inquiry through the RehabDirect Website, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • your name;

  • telephone number;

  • email address;

  • city or ZIP code;

  • your preferred method of contact, such as telephone, text message, or email; and

  • information you choose to include with your inquiry.

You may also provide personal information when you communicate directly with RehabDirect by telephone, text message, or email. Our Website contact form is intended for general inquiries such as questions about availability, scheduling, pricing, insurance, services, our service area, or other general matters. It is not intended to function as a patient intake form or medical-record submission system.

Information Collected Through Website Analytics

RehabDirect currently uses Framer Analytics, the built-in analytics service provided through our Website platform, to understand general Website activity and performance. Framer Analytics may provide aggregate or generalized information such as Website visitor counts, page views, pages visited, traffic or referral sources, general geographic information, device information, and Website engagement metrics.

According to Framer, its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers to identify individual Website visitors. RehabDirect does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, remarketing technologies, or other third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

Technical and Security Information

The service providers used to operate, deliver, and protect the Website may process limited technical information necessary for Website functionality, security, spam prevention, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse. Depending on the technology involved, this may include network information, IP address, browser or device characteristics, interaction patterns, and security or anti-abuse signals. This operational processing is separate from the Website measurements provided through Framer Analytics.

2. How We Collect Information

We may collect information:

  • directly from you when you submit a Website inquiry;

  • directly from you when you call, text, or email RehabDirect;

  • automatically through the Website platform and its built-in analytics and security technologies; and

  • through service providers that help us operate the Website and communicate with visitors.

We do not currently purchase personal information about Website visitors from data brokers or advertising companies.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Website or related communications to:

  • respond to questions and inquiries;

  • communicate with you using your requested or appropriate contact method;

  • provide information about RehabDirect’s services;

  • determine whether your location is within our service area;

  • assist with scheduling and other administrative matters;

  • respond to questions regarding pricing, insurance, or availability;

  • maintain appropriate business and communication records;

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;

  • understand aggregate Website usage and performance;

  • prevent spam, fraud, misuse, or security threats;

  • comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or professional obligations; and

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal rights when reasonably necessary.

We do not use information submitted through the Website contact form to create advertising profiles or for cross-site behavioral advertising.

4. Communications by Telephone, Text Message, and Email

If you provide a telephone number or email address, RehabDirect may use that information to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you regarding the information or services you requested. If you select Text as your preferred contact method, we may respond to your inquiry by text message at the telephone number you provided. Selecting telephone, text message, or email as a preferred contact method indicates how you would like RehabDirect to respond to your inquiry. It is not consent to receive automated promotional or marketing messages.

RehabDirect does not currently operate an automated promotional text-message campaign or enroll Website inquiries in a general promotional email-marketing list. Mobile information, including your telephone number and stated text-message communication preference, is not sold or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers when reasonably necessary to deliver communications you request or operate our communications systems.

If our communications or marketing practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any additional notices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out options required by applicable law.

5. How We Disclose Information

RehabDirect does not sell personal information collected through this Website. We also do not currently share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or their independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf or help us operate the Website and our communications systems. These may include providers supporting:

  • Website hosting and functionality;

  • Website forms;

  • Website analytics;

  • business email and communications;

  • domain and DNS infrastructure;

  • information security and spam prevention; and

  • related technical or administrative services.

For example, the RehabDirect Website is operated through Framer, and inquiries submitted through the Website contact form are transmitted for delivery to RehabDirect’s Google Workspace business email account. These providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide their services and are subject to their applicable contractual, legal, and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law or regulation;

  • respond to lawful subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or other legal process;

  • cooperate with governmental or regulatory authorities when legally required;

  • investigate or prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;

  • protect the rights, property, health, or safety of RehabDirect, our patients, Website visitors, or others; or

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business Transactions

If RehabDirect undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing transaction, sale of assets, change in ownership, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections.

6. Analytics, Cookies, and California Do Not Track Disclosure

Framer Analytics

RehabDirect currently uses Framer Analytics to understand aggregate Website use and performance. According to Framer, its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers to identify individual Website visitors.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

RehabDirect does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing technologies, or other third-party behavioral advertising trackers. Our current use of Framer Analytics does not rely on analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

Certain Website infrastructure, security, anti-spam, or similar technologies operated by our service providers may process technical information when necessary to provide or protect the Website. We do not use those technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

If RehabDirect later adds technologies such as Google Analytics, advertising pixels, embedded services, or other tools that materially change our use of cookies or tracking technologies, we will review and update this Privacy Policy and implement additional privacy controls when appropriate.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers provide a “Do Not Track” or similar privacy preference. RehabDirect does not currently use third-party technologies designed to track visitors over time and across unaffiliated websites for behavioral advertising. We therefore do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals in a special manner because changing that setting does not materially change how the Website operates. We do not currently permit third parties to use the RehabDirect Website for cross-site behavioral advertising tracking.

7. Data Retention

RehabDirect retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving questions or disputes, protecting against fraud or misuse, and satisfying applicable legal, regulatory, or professional obligations. General Website inquiries that do not result in an ongoing patient or business relationship are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months following the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary or required by law.

We may delete information earlier when it is no longer reasonably necessary. If information subsequently becomes part of a patient record or is maintained in connection with physical therapy services, different legal, professional, and healthcare record-retention requirements may apply. Patient records are not subject to the general 24-month Website-inquiry retention period merely because the initial contact originated through the Website.

8. Children’s Privacy

The RehabDirect Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. Children under 13 should not submit personal information directly through the Website. A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult should submit an inquiry on their behalf.

If we learn that personal information has been submitted directly by a child under 13 in circumstances subject to applicable children’s privacy laws, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise handle the information as required by law. Nothing in this section limits RehabDirect’s ability to provide physical therapy services to minors when appropriate consent or authorization has been obtained.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may contact RehabDirect to:

  • ask about personal information you submitted through the Website;

  • request access to information you previously provided;

  • request correction of inaccurate information;

  • request deletion of information you previously provided; or

  • ask questions about RehabDirect’s Website privacy practices.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We may retain information when reasonably necessary or required for legal, regulatory, healthcare, professional, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or other legitimate purposes. Our response to a request will depend on the nature of the information involved and any applicable legal requirements.

Requests concerning patient medical records, protected health information, or rights arising under healthcare privacy laws are handled separately in accordance with applicable law and RehabDirect’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

10. Information Security

RehabDirect uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. We also use third-party service providers to support Website operations, communications, and other business functions and consider privacy and security when selecting and using those services.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet, electronic communication, or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For this reason, please do not submit medical records, detailed medical information, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the general Website contact form.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The RehabDirect Website may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties. When you follow a link to an independent third-party website or interact directly with a third-party service, that third party’s privacy practices and terms may apply.

RehabDirect does not control and is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of independent third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the applicable privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information directly to them.

12. Health Information and Notice of Privacy Practices

This Privacy Policy primarily addresses personal information associated with use of www.myrehabdirect.com and general communications with RehabDirect. It is not RehabDirect’s Notice of Privacy Practices and does not replace the rights and protections that may apply to medical information or protected health information maintained in connection with physical therapy services.

Where applicable, RehabDirect maintains a separate Notice of Privacy Practices describing how protected health information may be used and disclosed and explaining applicable patient rights regarding that information. If information provided through the Website or through general communications qualifies as protected health information or medical information under applicable healthcare privacy laws, RehabDirect will handle that information in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the Notice of Privacy Practices, as applicable.

Please avoid submitting sensitive medical information through the Website contact form. Appropriate clinical and patient-information processes will be used when medical information is needed in connection with care.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

RehabDirect may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Website, services, technology, service providers, privacy practices, business operations, or legal requirements. When we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted on the Website and the Last Updated date at the top of this policy will be revised.

If a change materially affects how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate or required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
