ABOUT REHABDIRECT
Care for the whole person.
Meaningful care begins with seeing beyond someone’s diagnosis and understanding what matters most in their life.
Before becoming a physical therapist, I spent more than a decade in the U.S. Air Force working across outpatient mental health care, inpatient psychiatry, addiction counseling, and family advocacy.
Those experiences showed me how deeply physical and psychological well-being are connected. Pain, illness, and changes in independence can affect confidence, relationships, identity, and the way we experience everyday life.
Over time, I became increasingly convinced of the role movement and exercise can play in healing the body and mind. That growing conviction ultimately led me to physical therapy and continues to shape the way I care for people today.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Caring for people where they live offers a perspective that can be difficult to capture in a clinic: how they move through their environment, the challenges they face, the routines and support systems that shape daily life, and the real-world context behind the goals that matter most to them.
I want every person I work with to feel understood, supported, and actively involved in care centered on their unique needs and priorities.
